Refund policy

Try before you buy: the full version of NamiSampler is free for 14 days. Purchases are final once your license key has been delivered, but if NamiSampler doesn't work on your system and we can't fix it, you get your money back.

Before you buy

Install the free trial and use NamiSampler in your own DAW, with your own folders, for 14 days. Everything works during the trial, with no account and no card.

Your right of withdrawal

NamiSampler is a digital download delivered right away. At Paddle's checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends when your license key is delivered. Paddle's own refund policy also applies, and where it or the law gives you more, the most generous terms win.

When we refund

If NamiSampler does not work on your computer or in your DAW and we cannot fix it, we refund the full price. Write to takunamiaudio@icloud.com with your order number and what goes wrong; a real person answers. Refunds are paid back by our reseller, Paddle, to the way you paid. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net.

Your rights as a consumer

This policy does not limit your rights under the law, for example if the software is faulty. Consumers in the EU can also complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus, naevneneshus.dk).
